Message from the President

Enclosed is a strategic framework to guide our university through 2030. Its vision, themes, and strategic priorities provide structure, clarity, and direction to navigate challenges and together achieve sustained success.

Many of the concepts enclosed are not new but build upon Louisiana Tech’s 130-year history of excellence. Each theme addresses a specific audience.

First, our students. We are committed to equipping individuals with knowledge, skills, and capabilities they need to reach their full potential in career and in life. Next, our faculty and staff. Our faculty and staff deserve an enriching environment and sufficient resources to advance scholarship and research that address emerging and enduring challenges. Third, our partners. Our local, regional, and global impact requires resources increasingly derived through innovative public-private partnerships. Lastly, our campus community.
