About
About CTERM
The Center for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine is a collaboration between two universities and multiple disciplines created to design innovative strategies for the treatment of degenerative conditions caused by the symptoms of metabolic syndrome and other chronic disease. CTERM brings together clinical and research faculty to address the needs of citizens in North Louisiana. In addition CTERM provides a training environment for undergraduates, graduate students, medical students, postdoctoral fellows, and research scientists where they can all work together in areas of basic science and translational research to advance our understanding and clinical use of stem cells.
Partners in CTERM are Louisiana Tech University, LSU Health-Shreveport, and LifeShare.
