Academic Success Center
Louisiana Tech’s latest addition to the corridor is a partnership with BPCC, the Academic Success Center (ASC) in the NCRP. The Academic Success Center is one in a long line of programmatic and workforce development collaborations with the Cyber Innovation Center, GDIT, BPCC, and Barksdale Air Force Base. In 2023, the center added Tech Online as part of the expansion to the Shreveport-Bossier Operations. The Academic Success Center offers facility rental space and various on-site educational services such as:
- Application and enrollment support
- Academic Advising appointments and class registration
- Connect with campus resources and services.
- FAFSA assistance and apply for scholarships.
- Meet with a student mentor/coach.
- Tech Online inquiries and appointments
- Writing and research support
