Veterans Resource Center (VRC)

The Veterans Resource Center is located on the fourth floor of the Academic Success Center in Bossier City and is designed to assist veterans, current service members, and their dependents with educational opportunities and workforce credentialing. Developed out of a unique partnership with Bossier Parish Community College, the VRC is a space for military-affiliated individuals to find support and resources from both Louisiana Tech and BPCC.

What are the VRC hours of operation?

The Veterans Resource Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Can I get assistance using my GI Bill?

Yes! Trained staff are on hand in the VRC to assist with accessing GI Bill benefits. You can begin the process with the Department of Veterans Affairs by going to https://www.ebenefits.va.gov/ebenefits/manage/education.

Can I get assistance with military tuition assistance?

Yes! Trained staff are on hand in the VRC to assist with use of Tuition Assistance benefits.

I am a BPCC student. Can I find assistance in the VRC?

Yes! Because the VRC is a partnership between Louisiana Tech and BPCC, BPCC students can find support and resources within the space.
