Monday, January 22 at 4:00-5:00 pm, Wyly Auditorium
- Call to Order – The January 22, 2024 meeting of the University Senate was called to order at 4:01 p.m. in Wyly Auditorium by President, Louis Reis.
- Welcome – President, Louis Reis, COES
- Roll Call – Alicia Kimbell recorded attendance; a quorum was met
- Approval of December 2023 Minutes – a motion to approve the minutes was made by Matthew Hartmann and seconded by Elisa Castagnola; all approved
- Updates
- APC will meet next Thursday
- Louis Reis sent out an e-mail to the senate on Friday, 1/19, containing a link to the list of the various committees on campus in preparation for discussion at January meeting (https://catalog.latech.edu/content.php?catoid=19&navoid=864)

- Senate members reviewed each council/committee to determine if there should have senate representation or establish a way to receive feedback from meetings held; responses provided
