Louisiana Tech named Top Tier National University in 2020 USNWR rankings
U.S. News & World Report (USNWR) has ranked Louisiana Tech University as a Top Tier National University in its 2020 Best Colleges list released today. Louisiana Tech was also ranked No. 135 on the USNWR list of Top Public Schools.

Nicholas McHugh, ’10, helps astronauts suit up at NASA
If Louisiana Tech students are interested in working for NASA, 2010 biomedical engineering graduate Nicholas McHugh of Whitehouse, Texas, is more than ready to help, just as today he helps astronauts prepare for and perform in human space flight through his role in what NASA calls its “Flight Operations Directorate” in Extra-Vehicular Activity, or EVA, at the Johnson Space Center in Houston.
