Fitness Assessments

Fitness Assessments can be a valuable tool when setting goals for exercising. They set the base score and let you look back to see how much improvement you’ve made. Our Fitness Staff offers personal fitness assessments every day. These assessments include body fat percentage and girth measurements. We can even set you up with a basic work out routine to get started.
