Division of Administration and Facilities

The Division of Administration and Facilities provides support services for instructional, research, public service, and economic development activities for the benefit of Louisiana Tech University faculty, staff and students.  The Division works effectively and efficiently to provide a safe environment, maintenance, operational services, utilities, and procurement assistance to support the faculty, staff, and students in pursuit of their individual and institutional academic research and community objectives while adhering to legal standards and expectations.

Vehicle fuel cards are requested through this office. Please provide budget code, vehicle information, and driver information with your request. All fuel card users must complete on-line training.
