Application for readmission to the Louisiana Tech University Graduate School is for students in good standing who have not been recently enrolled in courses at the University. More information on readmission can be found on the Graduate School's Readmissions page.
A limited number of graduate assistantships may be available to graduate students. Assistantships are awarded on a competitive basis from various funding sources, and continuation is contingent on availability of funds. For more information, see the Graduate School's Financial Assistance page.
An Application for Graduation must be completed by the degree candidate and turned in to the University Registrar's Office before the Friday of the third week of the quarter in which you intend to graduate. For more information on graduation, see the Registrar's Graduation page.
This form must be completed, along with a new application and new Plan of Study, when a student wishes to change their program of study.
This must be signed by your advisor and others if you wish to request a course substitution. The request must be submitted prior to enrollment in any course that deviates from the signed Plan of Study.
Complete this form if you want to request the transfer courses (already taken) from another college or university.
