Application for Admission

NEW ADMISSIONS:

Prior to Submitting You Will Need the Following

Transcripts

Official transcripts may be submitted by three methods:

  1. Credentials eSCRIP-Safe – Sending institutions using eSCRIP-Safe will send transcripts to the Louisiana Tech University Graduate Admissions account.
  2. Other Electronic Transfer – Email official transcript to: registrar@latech.edu
  3. Mail – Official transcripts (hard copy) should be mailed directly to the following address:

International Applicants

Louisiana Tech University requires international applicants to have their foreign transcripts translated into English. If your transcripts are not originally in English and the college/university you attended does not provide a translation into English, you must upload a separate file of a translation in English for each of your non-English transcripts. Applicants should request that these translated documents be sent directly to the Graduate School of Louisiana Tech University along with official original transcripts from the institution.

Letters of Recommendation

Please send three letters of recommendation to:

All letters of recommendation will be forwarded to your program. Review your program’s website for additional information that may be required to process your application.

READMISSION TO LOUISIANA TECH UNIVERSITY

If you have not attended Louisiana Tech University for only one quarter, please complete the Graduate Readmission Application-One Quarter Leave. No fee required. Please fax to (318) 257-4487or scan and email to gschool@latech.edu.

If you have not attended Louisiana Tech University for two or more quarters, please use our online Graduate Application, fax to (318) 257-4487 or scan and email to gschool@latech.edu. Payment of the $40 application fee should be made in the Comptroller’s office located in Keeny Hall (cash, check or credit card) or you may call in your credit card payment to the Comptroller’s Office at (318) 257-4325.
