Stair Party
Purpose
The Stair Party of Louisiana Tech aims to reduce hyperpartisanship between students, promote political activism, and educate the student body on the choices given in both local and national politics. Also, the Stair Party of Louisiana Tech wants to ensure the student body has access to a wide variety of opinions and a safe way to voice their concerns. The Stair Party of Louisiana Tech will support the mission of the University by educating the student body in peaceful political activism, the benefits and drawbacks of alternative political choices, helping the diversity of opinion on campus, and growing a community of politically active students.
Membership requirements
Ready to be active in their community and ready to server the campus community in a courteous manner to better the students quality of life.
* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.
Meeting times and location
Meetings will typically be held monthly and announced at least one month in advance. With meeting times and locations varying.
