Alpha Psi Omega
Purpose
ALPHA PSI OMEGA the OMEGA PHI Cast was organized as a theatre honor society for the purpose of providing acknowledgement to those demonstrating a high standard of accomplishment in theatre, providing a wider fellowship for those interested in theatre, promote study and research, and to stimulate scholarship and leadership for the betterment of individuals and society. Omega Phi cast of Alpha Psi Omega is not intended to take the place of any regular theatre clubs or producing groups, but as students qualify they may be rewarded by election to membership in this society. Members of the Omega Phi Cast of Alpha Psi Omega shall strive to uphold and implement the ideals of scholarship, citizenship, and leadership by rendering services and making contributions to Louisiana Tech University, and the Ruston community.
Membership requirements
Qualification for active membership into the Omega Phi cast of Alpha Psi Omega shall be as follows: Have and maintain a grade point average of no less than 2.5, Be an active member in the Louisiana Tech University Theatre Department for no less than three academic quarters Accumulate no less than 75 points. Points are awarded for roles played within the department
* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.

Every other Thursday at 5:05 Stone Theater in Howard
