Blue Fire Mentors
Purpose
BFM is a group of trained students dedicated to facilitating the successful transition and first-year experience of students at Louisiana Tech University. Our mission is to harness the diverse experiences, interests, and ideas of our members to positively impact the first-year student journey.
Membership requirements
Membership in BFM is open to all students at Louisiana Tech University who are committed to the mission and values of the organization and meet the requirements that are laid out on the application. Potential new members must complete an application and be selected by the BFM Advisor.
* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.
