Student Organizations

Purpose

The purpose of the Child Life Student Association shall be to promote Child Life, to increase public awareness of the career of a Child Life Specialist, and to provide community service and networking opportunities for students in the Child Life field.

Membership requirements

Attend at least 1 event per quarter, can only miss 3 meetings per quarter, uphold all tech honor code, have a desire to serve kids; as well be an active tech student and pay membership fee.

* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.

Meeting times and location

Biweekly meetings on Mondays at 5:30pm in Carson Taylor
