Google Developer Student Club
Computer science is a growing field and has a very bright future ahead. In our classrooms, we learn about the theory behind computers and software development. These theories help us get a deeper understanding of how computers work and how we can instruct them to solve our problems. At the same time, the technology industry is a fast-paced industry which changes on a daily basis. Google Developer Student Club looks forward to bridging the gap between the theory taught in our classroom and the technologies used in this industry. We plan on achieving this through technology workshops, informational talks with software engineers, and resume and LinkedIn workshops. By doing this, we increase the chances of employment for our students within the College of Engineering and Science.
