Student Organizations

Purpose

The purpose of IMA-North Louisiana Student Chapter is to educate students about workplace development, education, knowledge sharing, and the advocacy of the highest ethical and best business practices in management accounting and finance as well as provide a place to develop interpersonal skills and broaden moral character of future men and women of the business field.

Membership requirements

Members are expected to attend monthly meetings, quarterly events, and pay club fees A minimum GPA requirement of a 2.0 and officer GPA requirement of 2.5

* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.

Meeting times and location

Second Monday of each month at 6:00pm COB room 107
