Student Organizations

Purpose

The Society shall recognize and encourage excellence, among undergraduate and graduate students, in all aspects of English language, literature, and the many closely-related fields, including literacy initiatives.

Membership requirements

Members are required to actively participate in meetings, planned events, and to attend the annual conference that is held every spring. The GPA required is a 3.0 since it is an honor society.

* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.

Meeting times and location
