Student Advancement Team
Purpose
Section 1. The purpose of the Student Advancement Team shall be to promote Louisiana Tech University’s positive image and emphasize the importance of giving back to the Louisiana Tech University Foundation. Section 2. The members will be a core group of established student leaders who shall implement the importance of student philanthropy and making contributions to Louisiana Tech University Foundation.
Membership requirements
Membership will be available for undergraduate students in good standing, elected, and inducted as prescribed by the bylaws. Full-time student status is required unless the member/prospective member is classified as a senior and is in the process if completing undergraduate level study and is pursuing a specific course of study designated by his/her academic college for graduation. All members must uphold no less than a 3.0 GPA based on hours pursued. Graduate Students. Membership will be available for graduate students whom have already been members of the Student Advancement Team that continue to be in good standing and will be subject to the same rules as undergraduates, including enrollment status.
* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.
Meeting times and location
First Monday of the month @ 6pm in the Marbury Alumni Center
