Employers are invited to visit the campus to recruit for internship, full-time, and summer, opportunities. If this is something you’d like to pursue for the future, you can contact the Coordinator of Employer Relations & Recruitment Services to arrange a date and to work out the details of a campus visit.

For your reference, there are six (6) private interview rooms and some conference space we can offer to accommodate your needs during a campus visit.

Other considerations that may be useful to you when arranging your visit:

It is recommended that you call the office at least three weeks in advance to schedule a recruiting date. Daily interviews normally begin no earlier than 8:30 am with the last interview beginning at 4:00 pm. A standard schedule consists of twelve, 30-minute interviews, though an alternative interview interval is possible.

Confirmation and working out the logistics of your on-campus interviews will take place on the phone or via email with the Coordinator of Employer Relations & Recruitment Services.

WHAT TO EXPECT - the day of your campus visit

Upon arrival on campus on the day of the interviews, you will check in at the Career Center (Keeny Hall, 337) where you will receive a parking pass, your finalized interview schedule, and a resume packet containing the application materials of each candidate who scheduled an interview.

Lunch is scheduled from 12:00-1:00 p.m. If you’d like, we can arrange for you to meet with faculty during your lunch break so that you may network and learn even more about Tech and the academic programs that fit the needs of your organization.

Students will check in at the front desk and will be instructed to wait in the lobby area adjacent to the interview rooms. Please call the next student's name when you are ready to interview them. If any problems arise, including a student failing to appear for a scheduled interview, alert the Coordinator of Employer Relations & Recruitment Services.

AFTER YOUR VISIT

Once your interviews have finished, we would appreciate a report of offers extended to our graduates as well as acceptances of those offers. This will enhance the accuracy of our records. The Coordinator of Employer Relations & Recruitment Services will provide you with a form that will assist you in this process following your campus visit.
