Phi Epsilon Kappa (PEK)
Purpose
This is a national professional fraternity for persons engaged in or pursuing careers in Physical Education, Health, Recreation, Dance, Human Performance, Exercise Sciences, Sports Medicine, or Sports Management. Advantages of membership in a professional fraternity include unique opportunities for working with professional peers, professional growth and leadership development, fraternal spirit and friendships, and networking with other professionals in the field. To provide an outlet for upper echelon Louisiana Tech Kinesiology students to work together and provide support for one another. Membership requirements
Uphold ideals of Phi Epsilon Kappa Attend/contribute to 1 service project per quarter Attend 75% of meetings Minimum GPA and executive officer GPA requirements is 3.0.
* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.
Meeting times and location
Monthly meetings on Thursdays at 6pm in Memorial Gym
