Federal Perkins Loan Entrance Counseling

Visit Perkins Entrance Counseling to begin your entrance counseling session.  It is very important that you follow the instructions as directed.

  1. Select the state of Louisiana and click Continue.
  2. Select Louisiana Tech University and click Continue.
  3. Read all the text and answer the questions.
  4. Fill out the Borrower Information Form.
  5. Print a copy of your confirmation page for your records.

Must be correct and completed in full or you will not receive any Perkins loan advances for this award year.  If you have any questions regarding the Perkins Entrance Interview or repayment, contact the Comptroller's Office/Perkins Loan Department at (318) 257-4325 or perkins@latech.edu.
