He’s won countless awards from Campus Activities Magazines and performed on shows like The Martin Short Show.

And he’s coming to Tech. That’s right. Mindfreak Christopher Carter will be right here at Louisiana Tech next Tuesday, January 31 at 7.

On Tuesday, December 13 at 7 Union Board is bringing you these two GREAT comedians. So be in the Tonk. Here’s why.

Arvin Mitchell made his debut in 2003 on BET’s Coming to the Stage and has been working the college circuit ever since. He’s known best for his clean comedic style and his sweet impressions. Not sold yet?

But if you’re incredibly lame and that’s not enough, there’s more! Tommy Johnagin placed second in Comedy Central’s “Last Comic Standing” and has also appeared on CMT’s “Comedy Stage.” In April 2011 he appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman.. for the fourth time.

Wednesday, Dec. 7 from 5 to 9 Santa will be right here at Louisiana Tech University in our Tonk, and he’s bringing lots of Christmas goodies with him! He has tons of FREE presents like Build-A-Bear,Initial This, Green Screen Quick Flip Books, and CampuSkins!

Also, in true North Pole fashion, there’ll be a LEGIT ice skating rink FOR FREE, and some Christmas food, complete with turkey sandwiches and decorate your own gingerbread men!

You can spend time taking pictures with Santa, playing around in our photo booth, getting a caricature down, or stuffing your stocking FULL of free candy.

T-Shirts will be the only cost at the event, and believe us, you don’t wanna miss out on these. Dancing bulldogs in Santa hats? Yes, I think so. $10 for a long sleeve.

AND FINALLY…. Ruston’s own Heavens to Betsy will provide Christmas music during the event. Heavens to Betsy? Really? LUCKY YOU.
