Student Organization Registration
Students can register their student organization through Presence by going to latech.presence.io. All new orgs must be approved by the SOC before recognition is officially granted to the organization.
Each organization should only be registered one time. Every fall quarter and every spring quarter, the executive team of the organization will be prompted to update the org’s information. This prompt is called transitioning on Presence and completing the transitioning prompt will complete the re-registration process for each org. Please do not register your organization more than one time.
All members of your organization will need to be listed. The person completing the registration form will need the Louisiana Tech email addresses for all members.
Please notify your members and your Louisiana Tech faculty/staff org advisor that they will need to accept the invitation to join the organization that they receive via email.
