The purpose of this organization is to promote artistic expression and opportunities for students and the community to share, create, and learn about different forms of art, as individuals and a group.
The members shall strive to represent the Tenets of Tech (Student Handbook page 117), as well as offer creativity, dedication, and desire to grow as artists by working with others and making innovative contributions to Louisiana Tech University. The members are required to attend at least 50% of club meetings per quarter, assist with planned events and projects, pay a $15 annual membership fee, report any suspected hazing activity, constructively critique and support fellow members’ art and art businesses, respect others’ arts, ideas, and beliefs, fulfill any delegated duties (s)he agreed to perform, and complete mandatory university requirements.
* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.
Meeting times and location
Wednesdays at 6:00 - 8:00pm in TVAC 110
